Gianluigi Donnarumma is widely regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the world, having made his debut for AC Milan at just 16 years old. In 2021, he transferred to Paris Saint-Germain F.C., winning domestic trophies and the long coveted UEFA Champions League title. Internationally, he has been pivotal for Italy national football team, most notably at UEFA Euro 2020, where he saved two penalties in the final shootout against England to secure Italy’s victory and was subsequently named Player of the Tournament, a first for a goalkeeper. In 2025, Donnarumma joined English giants Manchester City.
